Milwaukee Impact Wrench

My nine year old impact finally bit the dust. This thing did everything I ever expected from it. Many Cub front and rear wheels as well as Cub parts and implements in between met up with this little fella' over the years. I went to Home Depot today to get a replacement. Wow...was I surprised. The new one is an M18 just like the old one and all my other Milwaukee cordless tools. The only difference is its size. Twice as big and twice as heavy and it seams to do twice the work at 1400 lbs of torque. I think I'm gonna like having this thing around.

There is a big advantage in keeping all your battery operated tools one brand and the same voltage battery pack.

We, son and I, use only Dewalt contractor grade, 20 volt battery powered tools.

Bill,
That is a real "nut buster".
We got Aron one of those for Christmas a few years back as part of the promo Milwaukee was running at the time.
He's a professional industrial mechanic, working on construction and logging equipment. This tool outperforms the Snap-On air impacts his boss has. At first, his boss chuckled at Arons' new "toy", so Aron told him to give it a go on something in the shop - 'bout took his arm off and spun him around!

I have the same one, purchased it at Home Depot over a year ago; floor model with a nice discount. It'll loosen lug nuts faster than anything. If there's any down side to it, it would be that there's too much power for some jobs. I do like the M18 batteries interchanging with my drill and smaller torque gun. Bought all three around Christmas 2018.

I think you'll like it!

I got the Milwaukee 12v fuel stubby. Works great, and just as well as my old electric impact wrench. Battery life is amazing for this brushless motor.
