Air temp was below zero. Started up the cub and was adjusting hydraulics and they stopped. Didn't let it warm up first. Anyways this is still full just don't have anything for pump to push.

What should I do?

You could try hand cranking with ignition switched off. Or turn the engine over using the starter with the ignition switched off.

You could put a tarp over the hood with a heater under it to help warm the hydraulics. A heat bulb or magnetic heater would work also if you are just trying to warm the hydraulic oil.

500,000 btu weed burner works the best! tarp over the cub to hold the heat in and keep moving it around under the tarp. Depending on how cold it is , it takes a while cause you want it REALY warm to thin the oil so it will flow on its own like summertime.
