It just amazes me the things I see tractor drivers do in third world countries. You'd think that as much of an investment a tractor must be in those areas of the world, they'd take care of them.
Well, if that load of whatever doesn't get to wherever it's going, someone doesn't eat tonight... That will compel people to take what we would consider "unnecessary risks."
They can't hide behind excuses and still get paid. They have no safety net.
