Inherited Cub Cadet

Hi All,

I inherited a cub cadet from my father along with some attachments.

Would love to see what y'all think abot whether I should fix it up or send it packing.

What info can I provide to help the discussion?

With used cub cadets the first thing I do is change the head gasket. Like 100% of the time there burned through or blown. Next while the head is off decarbon the head, around the valves, piston. Next clean the points, pull the starter and clean the armature on the s/g. Last the fuel system, drain the old gas is any, pull the carb bowel. Check the oil level in the engine and tranny.

Start the engine with the tranny in neutral with the brake pedal locked down. Just Incase the clutch disc is stuck to the pressure plate.

I find most of these will run if there not really abused.
