I wanna tell you something about TM Tractor parts

Before you guys go and order anything from TM Tractor Parts I want to warn you. These people bend over backwards to serve you.
I placed my order around the first of the year and it arrived last Friday. It was missing some small stuff like the rain cap and clamp for the muffler. I shot them a short Email on Friday night and they replied bright and early on Saturday.
Those people had the gall to send it to me on Saturday morning by Priority mail and it was in my mailbox on Monday. Talk about service!
I was in no hurry but Lynn went above and beyond the call of duty to get the missing parts sent to me ASAP.
Lynn, I dont know if you read these posts or not but I want to THANK YOU here in front of Bigdog and everbody for going the extra mile when it was not needed.
I know where my next parts will come from.
I just wish that you sold everything I will be needing for my Super C
Thanks again
Joe

I would like to echo Joe's comment. TM provides service like we used to have years ago. I just ordered a new Cub carburetor from them without hunting all over the internet first. Not because I don't care about price, but because I already know TM is honest, sells quality parts and cares about its customers. The unknown guy out there may not.

I think a lot of the regulars on this forum are on to Tom and Lynn's antics. But the newbies really need to be informed of what can happen when you deal with the likes of these to people. I needed two carb kits and a couple of gaskets before I left for George Willer's this weekend. Lynn made sure every base was covered and I found them in my mailbox in two days. WOW, what service. And the shipping cost? I couldn't drive to my local Case dealer cheaper than what it cost to get my stuff shipped and all I had to do is pick up the phone, no 60 mile round trip. Thanks TM. I agree, my next part order will be through you.

Does anyone know why they stopped putting there used parts on line? I enjoyed surfing their products and educating myself on parts.

TM tractor is a class act. We have ordered lots of parts from them for the demo. We order a new drive pulley from them saturday. plus all the stuff we got in the mail last week. The gray rivet seat's look awesome. the powder coat looks nice. It's Ashame we have to paint over it. TM WAY TO GO!!!!

I just spoke with Tom today & placed an order for my '59 (yet another project has begun). Aside of a quick parts order of things he had in stock, Tom was eager to help with a few things out of the ordinary which he does not carry but informed me of the right people to call. He was full of helpful tips & didn't try to rush me off the phone like most places these days.
Thanks to TM tractor!

youre not telling me anything that I don't already know :D :D . The are super people to deal with :D

Gee, after that I guess this newbie will be taking his business............ Right there, because I can not stand it when you get good service, it almost makes you want to buy more.

Last fall at Cecil's Cubfest I had the pleasure of meeting Tom and Lynn. What struck me the most was when they arrived. Word spread and the big red truck and trailer were greeted by a bunch of grown men who dropped what they were doing and raced toward the truck.. What came to mind was a bunch of kids running for the Ding dong cart. Only this was I think better. I have to go to TM now and order something it just happens sometimes.

All I can say is get used to that kind of service with them. I have ordered many times from them and not once did they fall short from perfection. They are a great asset to the Cub world.

Yepper, I hate ordering from Tom and Lynn...how dare them provide the kind of good old fashion customer service that has been out of existance for many, MANY years!!!... :x I ordered some parts at 11:30 on the same day they were closing down at 12:00 for the holidays and had them in my hands quicker than I needed them. What I like is hearing a voice on the other end of the phone that appreciates my business instead of one that sounds like I've invaded their privacy...

I must say, all four suppliers listed at the bottom of the page go above and beyond the call. Tom and Lynn, all the folks at J.P. Tractor Salvage, Ralph and Brian,... thank you for all you do to make our hobby very enjoyable. It is nice to know any part I need is just a phone call away. 8)

I always recommend Tom and Lynn, when asked about new Cub parts. Fast service, great to deal with. Same for Ralph, with used parts. Ed
