HP Instant Ink.

I bought a new HP Pro 8710 printer several months ago and thought I would try the Instant Ink offer where they sent you a new cartridge every so many pages. The bad part is they started counting on my Instant Ink trial period with the original cartridges I paid for as part of the printer purchase. Even billed me for overages while still using the original cartridges. Needless to say I cancelled my Instant Ink contract. If they had one where when my cartridges got low they would offer me new ones at a discount I would probably be interested, but their monthly fee is not a plan I think will work out. I will probably buy aftermarket cartridges, since Hp wants $100 for a full set of color and black cartridges.

John, I've been using refills for my EPSON RX500 for several years, no issues. Best deal I've found is ClickInks.com
May want to do a little more searching........
5,000 page toner cartridge for my printer from clickinks.com $57.95
5,000 page toner cartridge for my printer from suppliesoutlet.com $21.99 and if I want to jump up to the 7,500 page cartridge $30.99

I have been buying IKONG ink and toner both. Not the cheapest available, but their products have delivered good quality prints, and been long lived. I mainly posted to warn people to think it over good before signing up for instant ink. I use a Brother laser for black and white printing, and the HP 8710 for color. Both handle duplex printing and duplex scanning, with automatic document feeders.

2 Ink cartridges for my EPSON RX500 ALL IN ONE cost is $9.95 includes 1 extra cartridge and free shipping. The down side is all 3 are the same color. It's still less than the big box stores who sell them for around $20 to $25 each. USPS mailing usually delivers in about 5 days.
