Hi just wanted to say thanks for the opportunity to join. I get to learn and ask questions about my Cubs. I live in North Idaho and own two Cubs. A 1947 and a 1950ish (I haven't been able to reliably read the SN yet) with a sickle bar mower. Unfortunately they have to live 70 miles away from me at my cabin so it's hard to just go out and work on them. Tinkering in the shop on hit miss engines and small rusty iron projects is one of those winter things that keep me sane. I am right now looking for a leveling grader setup for the 47. Hard to find in my neck of the woods.

There is a "service" called the Cub Express...it often is used to get assistance from forum members in moving tractors or parts around the country. It's rather hit n miss, but I have moved a bunch of stuff...mostly east of the Mississippi, however. Also, because you're dealing with somebody else's schedule, you can't be in a big hurry for anything!

In any case, good luck with your hunt, and welcome! 😊
