Thanks to head Gremlin chaser....Dad. :lol: He can come up with some of the slickest ideas.

Nice, easy to use, easy to make...(sorta) gizmo.

Just grind off nub of bolt down flush to block....(or as close as you can without gouging into the block, re-install head...no gasket and just snug with enough bolts to insure alignment, place drilled dummy bolt in broken bolt hole, and drill pilot hole. We drilled just a tiny bit at a time to check alignment. Once hole was drilled, we removed head and used larger drill bits until we could flake out old threads. Worked really well.
