Ford Compact Tractors

Ford sold a line of compact tractors from 1973 to 1998. 1992 or 1993 is when they were being marketed as New Holland Ford after Ford sold their ag line to Fiat. These tractors were all made by a Japanese company, Shibaura. Hp range from 12.5 to 44 hp, with tractors weighing from 1200 lbs to 4100 lbs. Most of them were either 2WD or 4WD.

Don, nice tractor. All these Ford compacts were diesel, 2 cylinder, 3 cylinder and 4 cylinder. I have a 1986 1310 4WD, and in 4WD mode, first range, first gear, it will pull about anything.

Here's my 1985 LGT 14D 3cyl made the same company. I've never seen a mowing tractor so heavy built, the frame rails are 6 inch channel steel.

Don, here is a video from the UK, it has the 1210, 1710 and 1910 tractors. The 1920 replaced the 1910. The video has some video breaks in it, but the audio is going the entire time.

Stan, I have the OM and the brochure in pdf format for the LGT tractors. PM your email to me, if you want a copy of each. They're too large to attach them here.
