Firestone front tyre

Just wondering what's the cheapest price anyone's seen on the firestone front tyre ..?

Thanks Don , I did see their price .
I should have asked has anyone seen a better price on them ?

From what I have seen the Firestone tires are usually among the more expensive if not the most expensive brand for a given tractor tire.

I like their turf tires and they usually are more than Carlisles.

Miller Tire owns the mold for that tire. If any other vendor has them, they got them from Miller. They are expensive because they are a specialty, restoration tire.

I was going to say I really don't think Firestone is making that tire anymore, I was thinking it was something like Gary said

The Firestone from Miler is the fancy model.

Firestone has (still made???) the newer plain 3 rib.

I remember seeing them in Tractor supply for around 30 bucks back in the early 2000's.

Seems as about the same time as the affordable cares act took place is when the price went to the 60 dollar range!

I need a few, but I dont need the fancy Millers version.

I’m not sure whether Firestone makes a rear tire with the 45 degree lugs, if you’re looking for an original look. They do make a 23 degree lug, though.

I just looked at miller and they don't seem to have any 8.3x24's
Anyone else ?
I was interested in the firestone rears as miller had the firestone fronts

Firestone are handled under Bridgestone down here and that number doesn't work for them

When I was looking for new rear tires last year. I spoke to Jim@ McWhorters - Farm Tire Warehouse. He/They were very helpful, I wound up going with 9.5x24 Goodyear turf tires after mulling over Firestones and other brands. The Goodyears were unavailable at the time but he contacted Titan (who owns Goodyear) to ask about the next availability. He got back to me telling me that a plant in Indiana would be making them in about a month so I went ahead. The tires arrived sooner than they said they would, too.

In other words they will work with you, not sure if they ship internationally but worth a shot. I was pleased with shipping costs albeit stateside.

I’ve got a guy who ships out of Indiana
He’s quoted me $95au per tire for the rears and $50au for the fronts

If you take that cut sheet in to the Bridgestone dealer, they may be able to figure out if they can get that tire.

The Firestone Traction Field & Road are discontinued. You might be able to find some in the back of an old warehouse somewhere, but they are not a normal stock item that you can casually order.
