Farmall Cub vs International Cub

Okay, I saw another one that is a little different. On craigslist in Peru, IN is a square nose painted red with a white hood. It has a metal decal on the hood that reads FARMALL CUB. Advertised as a 1964. Correct/ original colors?

I think it's original other than some paint touch-ups. The decal is not metal.

In Guy Fay’s book he says that if a buyer put in a purchase order for enough tractors they’d paint it whatever color they wanted.
Highway department tractors were a good example of that. Many Farmalls cutting roadside grass were yellow or orange.
