No I meant if you knew the factory length for the 5/8-11 bolts and if all 4 bolts were supposed to have lock washers on them? The 2 shorter ones I took out are 1 3/4" long. They appear to be original but I just wanted to check if someone knew exactly what they were to make sure mine were the correct length in case anyone ever had the front end off the tractor in the past before I acquired. I looked through all the manual and the part manual are missing a lot of pages.
early ones did leave them out, later had them, I only know this because I have done so many of them, there is at least 30-50 cubs here at any one time waiting on me
The parts catalog calls out two 5/8x1-3/4 and two 5/8x2-1/4. It also lists two 5/8 nuts and four 5/8 lock washers. The lock washers go under the two nuts and under the heads of the two bolts that thread into the housing.
