Ok i have a 10hp cub cadet model 100 it has a shift lever thats infront of the gear shifter and a small one near that one. Is that the creeper shift lever? Whats the smaller one do?

Bill,
One is the shift lever for the creeper drive, and the smaller one is not a lever, rather it is a vent for the creeper drive gear case. The creeper drive gives you 3 gears plus reverse, below the speed of normal 1st gear.

It should look like this:

Bill - what you should see is the creeper shift lever ahead of and on the left. What you see on the right should be the creeper drive housing breather.

With all the dirt on it i can't make out if its a breather or something is broken off. But the shifter with the knob moves freely in and out. The cub cadet must be a strong little bugger with the creeper? It has the snowblower attachment on it too. It has a drive shaft with u joints.
