Short answer. Remove valve cover and look at the end of the exhaust valve stems. No rotors, both exhaust and intake valve stem ends will look the same.
The round parts at the bottom of the valve springs are what is different.
Your picture is not quite at the right angle to see them clearly.
Some of the valves are open, so they are pushed up, and I can't see the bottom area of the springs.
A pic taken from lower, looking up some, with more light would be nice.
You can check the engine serial number, like was said above. It is stamped in the block, just below the valve cover, to the rear of the carburetor. You might need to clean the block and use a good light to see it.
