engine oil galley plugs?

Just got motor back from machine shop. Was putting in valves when I noticed two pipe plugs mixed in with them. I found where the larger of the two went behind cam gear, but haven't been able to find where the smaller on goes. any help would be appreciated.

there is a plug in that spot already, which looks new. Are there more than 2 plugs? My manual not showing locations. I can check with shop, but they had never done one of these motors and took them 5 months to complete. Not sure they will be a lot of help, thus why I am posting here to those that are familiar.

There are five oil galley openings, but only four have plugs. One of the plugs is 1/4" npt and all others are 1/8". Location and size of opening/plugs are as follows:
1) Behind front engine timing cover, upper left of camshaft hole (1/4" plug)
2) Behind valve cover, between cylinders 3 & 4 (1/8" plug)
3) Behind carburetor (1/8" plug)
4) Back of engine block, above flywheel (1/8" plug)
5) Under oil filter cap, near the top (no plug)
