Cubfest Northeast

[Cecil]

It’s that time of year again. We will be holding Cubfest Northeast on October 11, 12 and 13 in Oxford,New York. Please reply to this post if you are coming and on which days so that Pris can better plan the meals. The women can bring plain t shirts or sweat shirts with nothing on them as Pris will be doing her thing in her she shed. As usual we are looking for tractors to work on. See you here.

Cecil, I'll be bringing an engine to have the valve keepers installed. My neuropathy fingers can't do it, doesn't matter how many Navy words I mutter.

[Cecil]

I’ll try. You might hear a few Navy words you don’t know. LOL

[Don McCombs]

I think we can come up with someone that has nimble fingers.

[ScottyD'sdad]

I hope so, this project has been sitting for 2 or more years, since my fingers gave up on it.

Ed

[tst]

I will bring a couple things that will help

[hpierce]

I have had good luck putting in valve keepers. I can give it a try.

[tst]

most of the time i use some grease on the keeps and a skinny magnet to hold them

[hpierce]

Vaseline is what I put on the keepers.

[ScottyD'sdad]

Thanks for the offer to help, Harlan, I used to be abl to do it but I have neuropathy in the fingers, which makes them nearly useless

[tst]

Ed if you have trouble with your fingers how come they are rock steady when you have donuts ?
