Cub cadet parts

I've not ordered anything in some time, but I occasionally see questions similar to yours on a Cub Cadet forum. Issues are usually timing or communication (both sides) related and usually resolved.

He's (Charlie Proctor) is fairly active on a couple Facebook pages.
 
Yeah I put an order in nov 29 sent three emails in the last week they don’t answer back and no parts yet. I guess I’m not the only one
 
I will check them out if this order doesn’t show up soon and for sure the next time I need something I have heard good things about Hamilton bobs too

This seems to be the usual issues, but there's usually a resolution. They probably offer the largest selection for Cub Cadets and I am guessing they are pretty busy, but I agree, this can be frustrating. Another large parts supplier (I save tractors) shut down earlier this year, this may be adding to the problem. Again, I'm not justifying, just maybe some insight. Have you checked your spam file for a reply?
Hamilton Bob's is the "go to" place for number series Cubs, but does have many other offerings, including Cadets. I've even purchased parts for my Ford 8n! They are also a site sponsor, great people and in my observations, resolve any issues.
I guess we've been spoiled with the great service sponsors, like TM Tractor, offer the members here.

I have checked the spam file nothing there yet. I will be using the sponsors that’s for sure. I’m finally getting to the cadets I had on the back burner for years. I rebuilt two of the Kohl’s this fall and planned to use I save tractors engine parts but was bummed to find out they had closed. I found similar looking kits out of Canada that seem to be working well so far.
 
I thought that too. I had tried calling the last few days no answer. Tried this morning he picked up didn’t seem to happy. He told me to email him which I said I have been. Then I give him order number. He said he would look into it and email me then hung up. As of right now I haven’t gotten an email from him explaining what’s going on with the order. If it was a $25 order I would just say lesson learned but $388 is a good chunk of money.
 
I did pay with a credit card. That’s probably the best thing to do at this point. Time to call the credit card company. Im tired of messing around with this guy
