This seems to be the usual issues, but there's usually a resolution. They probably offer the largest selection for Cub Cadets and I am guessing they are pretty busy, but I agree, this can be frustrating. Another large parts supplier (I save tractors) shut down earlier this year, this may be adding to the problem. Again, I'm not justifying, just maybe some insight.
