Cub blade bell crank extension

I pulled the blade out of the pile of stuff I bought last fall and I don’t have all the brackets to mount it. I plan on making what I can, but was wondering if anyone has any better pictures or dimensions of this bell crank extension. This picture is from TM Tractors, should be easy enough to make but if anyone has measurements handy, would make it a little easier on me. Otherwise I’ll just wing it😂
Found one online but they want $100, Yikes.

Stan, was that blueprint something you had in your personal files are are these posted on this site somewhere? Reason I ask is I’ll also need to make the lower support arms for front mounting that go to the bell housing and the hanger underneath circled in this picture. I’m in no hurry to make them.

The drawings are some that I've saved from past posts. I do have some more info and a complete original 54 blade mounted on a 49 FCub. The manuals (several different versions) are in the Resources tab that Peter referenced. I will gladly share what I have with you. You can also place a Wanted request in THE VINE, Classified might locate some parts. JMHO Stan

Search for posts made by member “Fredy the frenchy”. Then select the one with the title that includes “CUB-54”. It contains dimensioned photos done by Bob Melusky. They may be helpful for you. If you can’t find them, let me know.

This is the model that looks like both of the blades I have from 49-52.
Dave I can't decide from your posts which blade you are working with. A picture of all the components that you have might be helpful, Sometimes its hard to determine what's what because parts from the 54 get mixed/substituted with the 54A and even the LoBoy and the number series blades. You probably know that the basic 54 attachment parts, etc was modified/changed over the years as improvements were added and modifications made to fit different tractors. I've even seen pictures of an A-60 (SA blade) fitted on a FCub. So helping to sort it all out can be a challenge, that's why the blades shown on TM Tractor website are so helpful. JMHO Stan

Stan, the TM site helped me out quite a bit. From what o can tell I have the 1949-1952 style. I’m just missing the bell crank that you provided plans for and also missing the arms that would bolt to the bell housing along with the U shaped hanger. The one outside on the pallet is more complete. With the plans you sent, I think I’ll hit the metal supply shop this Friday and start building them. Thanks again for the help, and sorry for the poor pictures of the blade outside, I’m gone for work almost 14 hours a day so been dark when i get home.

Good luck with your project. The round rod link in your first two pics suggests a 54 blade. Later editions used flat bar and/or angle. Here's a bit more info, If you need some dimensions I can measure what I have. The pdf file should be in the Resources tab.

Stan I can’t thank you enough for the help. That Bellcrank diagram alone really helps me out. I won’t trouble you for getting dimensions, I think it should be easy enough to figure out the rest of what I need to make. If nothing else it’ll get me by until I buy a bunch of more cubs and get the right stuff😂

Thanks again for the dimensions Stan. It came out pretty good except I screwed up and drilled the hole that has the R pin on the wrong side. Still works but I’m picky and will build another.
