CUB-474 4 ROW PLANTER

I was going to go to this auction today with intent on BUYING this planter . But after thinking it over decided not to become I thought it would bring BIG MONEY.
Boy was I wrong!!! 1600. Is all it brought with CUB!!!
Those 4 Row Planters never come up for Sale, and are RARE!
I MESSED UP BIG TIME TODAY!!!!

A 474 planter sold for around 2,500. On a Cub web site awhile back. Just the planter.

That 174 single row planter, I collect thos. Probably have 10 now! :shock:

With that many planters, you do not have to change planter plates or sprockets!

One for each crop!

The planters on those are actually PlanetJr. planters not IH. They are set up for tight spacing so plants such as carrots, lettuce, beets, etc would be planted with one.

I think Gary Post aka tractordad has 2 or 3 of them restored. There was someone else on here with several restored, but can't think of his name at the moment.
