This is the cub LoBoy serial numbers for the last year of production, 1968, begins with 24481 and ends with 25998 so your SN 25769 was built late in the year---229 before the end of production. Casting code will show the month, day and year the parts were cast. Stan
 
Below are the Cub and LoBoy serial number lists. The LoBoys have their own serial numbers. Don't use the Farmall Cub or International Cub lists.
The LoBoys are in the 4th group of numbers down the page. There are other numbers for other models of tractors below the LoBoy numbers.

You are on the clutch a lot more and differently when the club has a loader doing loader things vs. farming and cutting grass. Make sure to keep the bearing greased and be aware in situations when you are hard on the clutch.
