troofpc,
I'm sitting at home tonight with my family, and can't help thinking about all those families who sit home tonight without their loved ones who were taken away from them forever by the evil monsters who commited the crimes of 9-11-2001. I'll repeat what I put on another post this week:
"Dispite having dealt our nation a huge blow with dramatic casualties, those terrorists failed to still the American Spirit, or quiet the Song of Freedom in our hearts. That they will never accomplish as long as even one of us has a breath remaining in our body.
Never Forget. Never Forget. NEVER FORGET. Our Freedom is precious, and we will exercise it no matter what the risk, and no matter what the cost."
This matters to me and those I love, and always will. My family was deeply moved by the events of 9-11. My son was inspired by those events to choose a career in law enforcement. And two of his cousins have served in Iraq, Afganistan, and Kuait, and one of them is still there. I am more proud of these young men than they will ever be able to comprehend.
Salute indeed, salute!
