I found this on the IH Registry Site... Owners Manual 682 - 782. Right click and save as.. it is a zip file.. so save it to a directory such as C:/Cub Cadet Manuals/782/Owners Manual or something like that... Also here is the Service Manual page, but you will have to figure out which manual you need. I would save it in the same parent 782 directory but /Service Manual. Keeps em separate.. easier to find I find.. Hope this helps...
Also, you might want to have a quick read on the IH Cub Cadet Resources sticky at the top of the forum. I tried to put together as much of a Welcome Wagon for the Cadets as I have for their Larger Cousins... but I have a lot of research to do yet..
