42C or C2 wanted

I have a couple Woods 42 mowers, but I believe you are in Wyoming, and I'm in North Carolina, so shipping would be crazy!

There is a Cubfest in Longmont, Colorado, September 10-12 hosted by Bob McCarty & his lovely wife. It's always fun, with a great chance to get help with some of those nagging issues with your cub.

You might find someone attending that cubfest who has a mower for sale, and who could bring it with them so you could pick it up, get help installing it (if you took your tractor with you to Bob's), and take it home.

Gas alone would probably cost as much as shipping, but you would have the pleasure of attending a nice cubfest and meet some of the great forum folks!

EDIT: There's also the Cornhusker's Cub Fest in Nebraska NEXT weekend (June 11-13)!

Thread 'Cornhusker Cub Fest'

The first annual Cornhusker Cubfest will be held June 11 to 13, 2026 in Dannebrog, Nebraska. Hosted by Lewis Barth and Frank Gosda at Lew’s Shop. There are lots of motels in Northern Grand Island, Nebraska. Looking forward to seeing you at our first Cubfest. More information will follow.

If you can scramble, that might be another chance to have one brought there, or maybe even brought closer to you by an attendee travelling in your direction!

And if you decide you really want to pay a ridiculous amount of money for shipping, feel free to get in touch with me (DM). 😉

Thanks a bunch...you are right, bit far for shipping. I actually bought the cub in longmont. Wiil follow up. Thanks. Won't lake the Nebraska fest, but will inquire. Trying to get tha mower for this mowing seson.
