3 point hitch

I’m looking for some advice on installing a 3 pt hitch on my super C.

I would like to use a 3 pt grader blade on my tractor for my driveway.
Does anyone have any experience putting a 3pt hitch on a C ? Mine does not have the 2 pt so everything would be needed for the 3 pt.
I see Tony’s tractors sells a 3pt kit. http://www.tonystractors.com/ih3ph.htm
Any ideas / advice

I made a DIY 3 pt conversion. I use 3 point implements on it all the time and it works well. I kept the top link on the add on 3 point frame because:

*It is difficult to fab a top link bracket onto the back of the tractor
*The lifting arc was not right...it would tip the implement down and then up.

Very easy to make John

Thanks for the reply.
Looks like you already had the fast hitch, unfortunately I do not so I’m looking at ways it can be done without it.
Has anyone seen or installed used a 3 pt on a non fast hitch farmall ?

I’m interested in hearing about experience and advice on installing and using 3 pt implements on farmalls. Like I said I don’t have the fast hitch so I have to come up with some kind of alternative for the 3 pt hitch. I would primarily be using it to maintain the driveway.

If you don't buy the ready made 3 point, I don't know any other way other than to mimic what Tony's tractors has....and if you don't have the cylinders already that's about $250-300 of the total cost.

Still looking into options on a 3 point hitch for my super c. I found that saginaw county tractor used to make one with a hydraulic cylinder but it looks like the company is out of business. Does anyone have one of these 3 pt hitches that they would sell ?
Or does anyone know of any plans they used to build them.

Looks like I’m going to end up getting a 3 point from Tony’s tractor. Its a cat one three point. Does anyone have any recommendations for a grader blade that would work well with this set up.
I’m thinking a 6 ft blade but not sure of how heavy of one I should get, any advice would be appreciated.

I think converting my tractor to a 2 pt fast hitch would take a lot of work and engineering so it doesn’t seem feasible.

That is true and then you are faced with finding FH implements or making adapters anyway. Sounds like the way to go

Does anyone here have one of the saginaw three point hitch’s on their tractor. Just looking for some pictures. Can’t find anything about them online.

For your Super C, I have a 6 foot fairly typical grader blade and it handles it fine. The fast hitch will pick up my 5 ft brush hog and a very heavy 2 row cultivator. It is more about what weights are you going to put on the front for ballast when you get into lifting heavy stuff out back. I have a fairly unremarkable pipe with 4-25lb dumb bells on the front and probably need to add a few more. I got a Corsicana tow behind brush cutter which will be much better for the SC going across town...no more popping wheelies in 5th!

The after market three point is working great.
I did end up finding a set of front weights to put on the wheels.
