2 row IH FH planter ID?

I picked up this 2 row planter yesterday. I think it might be an IH C-251 but the only thing I'm sure of is it's IH. What tractors would the 2 prong fast hitch fit? The seed buckets are pretty decent and even though it's all rusty, it appears everything turns. I bought it for the outrigger row markers. Once I remove them I'll probably sell it so I'd like to have an idea of what it fits as I think with some work it could be used as a planter again. Thanks.

Those look like the small fast hitch prongs, so that would be a Super C, 200, 230, 240, etc.
