Anybody headed to or through North Idaho willing to haul an 54-A Grader? I live just off I90 so if you're going to Seattle or Portland you go right by me. I'm looking at a blade and mounting hardware at Wedde and Sons that fits my budget but will break me to ship.

I took the liberty to look up the blade that I think you’re looking at. Unless you are in a big hurry to get a blade, I think you can do better, price wise. Patience is frequently rewarded in situations like this. JMO.

Appreciate the input. Gotta understand, I'm in bit of a Cub desert here. In the past six months I have not seen a single Cub or implement for sale that wasn't a pile of rusty dust and/or only partially there, or priced as "vintage", "antique" or with a high "emotional price". I jumped on the two cubs that showed up with a reasonable price and in reasonable condition. With one I got a farmer built belly blade, but I have yet to figure out how to put it together, or if I trust it, the other has a sickle bar mower. So, I would love to get a OEM belly blade for the other. I'm definitely not in a hurry, but in this desert that blade seems reasonable.

Have you discovered the Owners Manual for the blades located in the Resources link at the top of this page? Also there is a good display of pictures of blades and how they are supposed to be mounted located on the Forum sponsor, TM Tractor website. There's a link on the bottom of the forums index page. Not very complicated to mount in the middle position, reverse the drawbar (or use a substitute drawbar) to push the blade and a lifting link to the TC and that's about it. JMHO Stan

This one is built using parts from a cultivator with a bunch of homade parts (I just got a pile of rusty parts). I'll figure it out eventually but I see some really sketchy welds and I don't trust the design. I'll post a Pic when I get it together.
