Funny, I live in the lower part of Alamance County and we refer to that as LA.

I have about 20 acres just down the street from you! If you know where Crawford dairy is, I'm right near them... Just off Crawford dairy road.
Maybe we can get together and talk Cubs sometime.. if you don't mind talking with a 76 year old female with five Cubs!
Do you already own a cub? We love photos!! Also if you're not already aware, these little guys are addictive, and pretty soon you'll have more than one!

Whoops, made a mistake, I was looking at Crawford dairy in Alamance, your in Orange Co.

As Barnyard mentioned there are several cubfests that are loads of fun and I think well worth the effort to attend.
I usually drive, towing my 18' trailer, and I try to take one or 2 tractors to work on, or 1 tractor and "stuff" I am hauling for the Cub Express for other folks!
I will be flying out to CO for Bob McCarty's Rocky Mt. Cubfest on Sep 9. He's a "pro" at rebuilding carbs! (Need one rebuilt?)
Then in March, if all goes well, I'll be driving to Bogalusa, LA, for the LA Cubfest.
As Barnyard suggested, I usually have room for another person's cub, or parts that they need to work on, and you're welcome to go with me if everything works out.
Then at the end of May I'll probably drive up to the Barnyards Bash near Cincinnati Ohio. You're welcome to try for that one as well.
These cubfests are a great opportunity to meet many of the knowledgeable and generous forum folks! It's an opportunity to learn a lot about these little tractors, get some help with some needed work, and enjoy some great food and camaraderie.
So keep in touch.
