11.2x36 or 12.4x36

2 12.4's are just a little more than the cost of 1 11.2. However 11.2's are what was originally on. What would you go with? Tractor is just a mower, wagon puller and ride giver.
Read where 12.4's will be harder to steer.

Not sure why it would steer any harder with the 12.4's but can show you a picture of what it's look like with 12.4's on it. Got a heck of a deal on these new take-off Michelin radials on a Facebook Farmall page for $300 ea. and dealer threw in the tubes with them. Cost me $125 to have them shipped from Virginia, but still a deal. Those tires list for $1300+ each.

On 9 inch rim I go with 11.2
Wider tire than that give you less traction with less bar contacts. The rim width is very important . I spend the extra time and money to take advantage of the design .
Me miller give the rim wide required to tires .
For pulling for example 13.6 x 36 on 13 inch rim .

To me, the 12.4 is just too wide. For all-around use, 11.2-36 is the best option.

Yeah I'm tending to agree. What is on there now, and not replacing the rear rubber, just doing rims and centers. If it was a bigger beefer tractor like my 300 the wider tires look ok. But affraid this one look kinda silly. BUT the price difference has me thinking.
