Wow 6,000 posts.....And over 20 years here on this site...I have met some of the best people in the world on here....And had a lot of fun also....From Cub Fests to the Cub Tug to going over to help somebody out.Transfering parts and tractors and have had a blast!!!!!!!!!!!! Made lots of friends and enjoyed lots of other topics also....A few have passed away and made an impact on my life....Next year I hope to make a few more Cub Fests and the Tug...This year summer was a tough one,but getting better every day now...Can't wait to walk without pain....Still have my open trailer and now an enclosed one also....Be nice to haul my 2 around to some events!!!!! ENJOY!!!!!!!!! time really goes way to fast!!!!!!!!!!!!
 
Wow! 6000 posts! You've had a lot to say over the years and we're grateful you chose to contribute to this forum. You've helped a lot of folks here and we appreciate your contributions.
 
Glad you're with us Kevin. It has always been a pleasure chatting with you at the various CubFests. Like Garry, I had to go back and check my post count. From what I can tell, Only Rudi has more than I do, and he's been gone several years already. I'm near 25,000. Never realized I was a rachet jaw around here.

Just to quote the title of a recently released song....."I Thought Getting Older Would Take a Lot Longer Than It Did"........... at 6048 (at 82 and counting) in 15 years.....Stan
 
Good to hear! If a hip is anything like a knee you'll wake up one moning and realize the pain is gone, at least thats the way I was. It can be discouraging sometimes but hang in there.
 
Had my hip replaced 6 yrs ago after being in pain for 2+ yrs. Woke up from anesthetic and the pain l had for over 2 yrs was gone.
This site is great for advice, so here is mine for you. Sign up for physical therapy post surgery. Some surgeons require it, some same it's a waste of time. Believe me if you want your old life and full mobility back do it and don't half a$$ it.

And that's the best advice that you'll get from anyone. Had a total knee replaced 20+ years ago and still no problems. Stan
