underslung exhaust clamp
I am replacing the exhaust on my Cub. It has the underslung muffler and the clamp at the manifold has a ft and a back. The opening is bigger on 1 side. Which way does it go?

Re: underslung exhaust clamp
I need to ask, sorry for highjacking, but where did you get a new under-slung exhaust?
Thank you, Rob
Thank you, Rob

Not new , just the 1 that was on the tractor when I bought it. Just putting it back together.

Saw one for the earlier Cubs with serial# 248124 and below at TM Tractor (one of our site sponsors): http://www.tmtractor.com/new/ae/2371fp.htm
Looks like the newer style is no longer available (serial #248125, or 1975, and up) from TM Tractor.
