Pop Ups

Why am I getting pop ups on the forum and I can not close them? I don't get them on any other site.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Well I rebooted the pc and also checked for any programs that were added in the last few days. I found a couple that I didn't recognize and were added the last two days. I uninstalled them and the problem appears solved.
