YouTube uploading

Opened a YouTube account to host some videos for the forum, filmed them with my iPad. Once I loaded them to YouTube the it just let's me cop the address and paste below. How can I create the thumbnail links with the video play arrows to prompt others to check them out? Thanks in advance
