Scam. If it were functionable as advertised, large manufacturing firms would be using the technology.

A firm that I worked for, the monthly electricity bill was $1 million US dollars a month.

I noticed the ad shows power meters most power companies quit using 20+ years ago. That is probably how long the scam has been going on, just updated the packaging of the junk.
