Sounds like your doctor is very optimistic and encouraging. You and your family will still be in my prayers, and for a miraculous outcome.

Well, it appears February will be a busy month. The scheduler called today and we have February 23rd scheduled for surgery at 6:00AM. Should be a 6-8 hour event. Will be getting an echocardiogram between now and then. Similar prep procedure to my open heart surgery back in '14.
Some of you wanted to know this info for more specific prayer. If you are someone who prays, be in prayer especially for Robyn during this time. It will be stressful on her.

Blessings to each of you!

Re: I’m Yellow, but Not a Coward -OUT OF SURGERY

Postby Stanton » Fri Feb 25, 2022 4:56 pm

I want to thank you all for your thoughts and prayers on my behalf; they were felt!

Got through surgery good. The surgeon was confident that he got it all. Apparently, I’m healing quicker than expected. My quick recovery and very little pain can be attributed to the Lord’s kindness.

Will post more later. Just got transferred from ICU to a private room. Need to take a nap!

Again, thank you all for the support!!

Great news !
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.
