I took the early out, Jim. Was in VN at the time. Took 4 months off my tour. The decision was a no-brainer.

Thank you all for serving. Mine is Apr 64 Apr 67, then some RA re-inlistment time, then Reserves and ALANG. All adds up to more than 12 years.

Next February will be 52 years since I was separated from the Corps. Never looked back for about 45 years, when it became fashionable to come out of the shadows.
