Local construction materials shortages.

Paint. Went to the local hardware store to pick up a gallon of quality paint for both wood and metal. Typically stocked. Not on the shelves. Big city Menards lists some available.

Glass. 12 April I placed an order for a thermal pane replacement for a kitchen window. Last Friday i visited the glass/window shop to check on the window. Still on order. Noticed that there was no glass on the bench or in the storeage rack.

Today, place an order for a cut single pane window glass. Guessing it will be a while before i receive the order.

Wednesday, have a medical appointment in the big city. Making a shoping list of construction suplies and materials.
