The United States lost a true hero today. Chuck Yeager died today at 97. Brigadier General Yeager was an American hero and lived an amazing life. His exploits as a Fighter Pilot in World War II and later as a test pilot are legendary. If you are wondering what to ask for this Christmas, I'd suggest the book below. I promise if you start reading it, you won't be able to put it down.

General Yeager was one of a kind. That is a terrific book. I seem to remember that he also was featured in the movie "The Right Stuff" a number of years ago. Both the book and the movie are top notch, as was BG Yeager.
