Missouri man dead after being run over by his own tractor

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 33-year-old James Eichler of Warrensburg was traveling eastbound on Johnson County Road 1050, just west of County Road NW 21 when his tractor traveled off of the right side of the roadway, over a private driveway.

Sounds like a seat belt would have prevented the death.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

So true, assuming he had a cab with ROPS, and seat belts. Of all the tractors I have seen with seat belts, I have only seen one operator that wears them though.
