What is the correct way to adjust the governor to the carburetor. Ever since I've had this tractor it would never idle down very low so i read in the repair manual about adjusting the governor to the throttle shaft. To get the tractor to idle i adjusted the throttle shaft conecting rod down on the linkage so the pin would go through while the throttle was at wide postion but it is now to the bottom of the threads. Is this where it should be?
