Didn't see a category for an Orchard 06. I found one on blocks nearby. According to the google, this is a rare machine. No fenders. Could someone give me a quick lesson on this tractor and its possible value?

tractordata.com should be a source for some info on this, also I would try yesterdays tractors. Com you might be able to get help with pricing, if they have one in their listing.

Re: Not sure where to put this.
Didn't find and info on TractorData.com.
Farm Equipment Guide. 1995.
McCormick Deering, O6.
Man. 1940 - 1953
CID. 247.7 gas engine
31.4 HP on PTO
Speeds 5/1
Weight 4858 lbs
Start of year SN: 501. End SN: 45274
Avg auction price was $662- low, $2052- high, Avg $1457- Guessing prices are from 1994 or earlier.
Information in Farm Equipment Guide is frequently in error. Just relaying what was printed.
Edit. Unfortunately manufacturers did minor modifications to a standard tractor then put the orchard sheet metal on the tractor. If the tractor is missing the sheet metal, probably worth very little.
Search the internet for videos and photos of the O6.

Re: Not sure where to put this.
yes orchard tractors are rare in general.IH orchards seem to be a bit more common compared to others. The O6 is the orchard version of the w6/super w6 and both are standard versions to the Farmall M. their was also a I6 made (Industrial).
