wider wheel/ tire options for 130 with loader

Postby inairam » Mon Feb 28, 2022 9:38 am

I have an IH 1000 loader on my 130. I am considering putting a wider wheel/ tire on the front to reduce sinking. I know on the cub, lawn tractor rear tires with the 5 on 4.5" pattern work well.

What options are there on the larger tractors?
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!

If you have the adjustable type wheels, they had rims as big as 4.50-16 for 6.00-16 tires. If yours aren't that big, you might be able to find a apir.
