Questions before I start to restore

Postby ShawnAgne » Thu Jul 29, 2021 5:17 am

Got the 100 home very strong running tractor but definitely needs some TLC. So here are the questions.
1. I thought I've seen on here (may be wrong) someone that makes new name plates. If so who do I contact?
2. The tractor runs great, but the exhaust portion of the manifold is heavily pitted. Since I'm going to be repainting it and making it look nice it should I replace it? Guessing the answer is you can but don't have to since it works.
3. What type of oil filters does the C123 motor use? The bell that holds the filters appears to be the same since as that on my 300, so do they use the same?

Thanks in advance

When I started I replaced things. Now I clean it up best i can and go with it. It shows its age but it works. I like that in a tractor.
When you only have 9 horsepower you need to know the names of all of the ponies!
