Super A leveling blade

We have found a blade priced right and have purchased it. Upon trying to assembly it we are missing the Hydraulic extension arm part number 650312R1 can anyone help us out?

Yes this is the part. We are looking for someone that has one laying around not in use that they would be willing to part with. Cheaper than their price.

I was able to fabricate what I needed to use it as a front snow blade.
