New owner here with a 57 Lo Boy.

Wife and I are moving to a six acre property with about four mowable acres. Was looking for a tractor with a mower(not seen in the pics is a Woods 42 that goes with) and a blade for snow and driveway maintenance. Found this nice unit on the Vine and jumped on it. It is serial # 6557J. Runs smooth and everything works! I grew up in SE Iowa on a farm and have always loved old machinery. I have a 1950 Minneapolis-Moline RTU tucked away on my parents farm awaiting an eventual restoration. May eventually paint the wheel weights on the cub the correct white. Looking forward to enjoying this community of fellow enthusiasts.

That is a nice looking '57. My '58 is not as pretty but it runs great. I have a Woods 59 mower that I use on the field out back.
