That is an offset Cub Loboy. You had originally posted your question in the numbered series forum. That is what threw some people off.
There are two ways to get enough Cubs. One is to continue to accumulate more and more. The other is to desire less.

Hi,
Thanks for the pics, it looks like a 1963 - 1968 Cub LoBoy. They have the newer hood and grille style than the pics I posted from the 1957 manual.
IH started making them yellow and white during 1963.
If you knew the serial number of it, you could find the year it was made.
Below is the 1965 Cub and LoBoy operator's manual, it has lots of info, the experts on here recommend that people read it. There is a table of contents on page 1.
Page 3 shows where the serial number plate is.

They originally had name decals on the sides of the hood, it looks like they are gone, so it could be hard to know what it is if you haven't seen them before.
They are called an International Cub LoBoy. They don't use the Farmall Cub name. A Farmall Cub is the taller tractor.
Below is a pic from TM Tractor Parts of the decal.

Below is a pic from TM Tractor Parts of a serial number plate from one, showing the model name. :)
