I think most aftermarket manifolds have a little more meat in some areas, making wrench access difficult. Those 2 nuts are ornery enough on original manifolds but can be just plain mean on some replacements. I have an assortment of modified wrenches, I’ve made over the years, for these kind of situations, just do whatever I have to. An assortment of flea market wrench’s that are expendable, is a good thing to have.
