I got lucky with finding some on Ebay. Took a chance on them and they turned out looking great. Kinda expensive. Cheap ones were like $15-25. I got a more period correct one for my 1967 and it ran me $40 including shipping. Really pleased with how it turned out though.

If you go to TM's new parts/decals, and click on a decal it will show a picture of a Cub with the decal. No measurements but good enough to eyeball it in place.

Guy Fay's Originality Guides have placement diagrams with dimensions for most of them.
