The problem is your looking at a lo boy with 2022 expectations. Google Locke lawn mowers or Panzer lawn tractors. Our family had both- that Locke with 3 reels was a beast,the Panzer was crude almost home made. The Lo Boy comes along,what a dream- national dealer support, smooth running,hydraulics,comfortable and in our case still doing the job it was bought for 63 years later. The Locke and Panzer? Somewhere in a land fill after they had been made into razor blades

Use your left toe to push the start button.
For more leg room, unbolt the seat and drill an extra pair of holes…you gain about 3 inches more leg room.
For mounting the tractor, put on foot on the floor plate and swing your back side over the right wheel…
Your 65 would also be at home at my place…
