If brakes are working and adjusted, they should lock up the rear tires, so stopping power is only what the tire will grip on the surface it is driven on!! Wheel weights and traction!

Dale, whenever you do decide to install them, let us know afterward how they perform. I don't think you're going to find they are inferior to riveted brake linings at all, but hearing from you (someone who uses them) will be another confirmation.

The last pair I bought had glued/bonded linings that looked like regular car shoe linings. They work just fine. 2 years and counting.
